I was called out to Andre‘s house for a cooling issue with his main system. Upon my arrival Andre let me know that the fuse on the board was popping and he tried to replace it once already. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the contactor had shorted and was blowing the fuse. I replaced the contactor and the system began to function normally.

We need to come back out next Tuesday to install blower motor and do a blower wheel cleaning. Tested and monitored system operations after repairs and system is working properly at this time after doing repair on Tuesday the entire system from the indoor to the outdoor will be at manufacturer specifications.

From the first time I called to when the plumbers drove away, everything was handled professionally and informatively. I had to cancel last minute due to a flight cancellation but they rebooked the visit for the following work day without any question. When Tiny showed up, it was all business and they completed the project within hours. As always, it was more than I planned to spend but I know have the water heaters working properly and instant hot water in the house as designed. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do, I will call TE Plumbing.
